The posting, display and/or distribution of any announcement, information, literature, or materials will be considered only from organizations and groups that are not-for-profit or established partners unless otherwise determined by the Director’s Office.
The Board may approve or deny any requests for the posting, display and/or distribution of any advertising, announcement, information, literature, or materials.
Under no circumstances will posting, display and/or distribution of materials from political parties or candidates for office, pharmaceutical, tobacco, cannabis, distilling, fermenting, or brewing companies be permitted in schools or facilities owned or operated by the Board.
Only electronic posting on Edsby will be permitted to support the board's Climate Action Plan, unless specified by the Director’s office. The decision of the Director’s Office will be final.
The request is intended to be presented as information. Completion of this form does not imply approval or recommendation by the GECDSB. Parents and guardians decide whether their children will participate in any of the events/programs posted on our electronic platform.
